Mô tả công việc

Job Purpose:
The job holder is responsible to manage all main functional tasks of HR Department in Hanoi including recruitment, C-B, administration
Major responsibilities:
• Recruitment
- Find candidate source and collect CV and make shortlist candidate
- Interview round 1 and schedule interview in the next rounds
- Edit offer letter, Probation contract; collect probation evaluation of cadidate
- Update and make reports about Vacancy and Headcount in HN
- Prepare welcome package, staff card and staff discount card in HN
- Implement exit interview
• C&B:
- Ensure that Assigning and approving shift for Staff fully and correctly
- Prepare salary document
- Manage employee's documents (hard-copy and employee-data fully and correctly
- Prepare report of insurance of HN branch
- Arrange and collect renew contract evaluation, prepare labor contract and appendix of labor contract
• Training:
- Be contact point to arrange and prepare training for staff
- Organize fire protection training class for staff

• Admin:
- Manage stationery and item for HN Office, be contact point to co-ordinate shopping-bag, Guardian shopping basket, bill paper and ribbon for stores
- Manage uniform for staff
- Prepare stationery, item for new store, include: finger-print and telephone. Be contact point to receive problems related to these equipment
- Find suppliers and negotiate contract for purchase devices and offering services for HN Office, such as: telephone, fax, printer, cleaning office, pet control…
- Prepare document for payment for supplier (transfer or in cash)
- Organize annual health checkup

• Others
- Prepare telephone lines for new stores
- Other duties assigned by line manager and Ha Noi Branch General Manager

Yêu cầu khác

- At least 2 years of experience in HR general
- Proven track record of success in a recruiting role, having had responsibility for screening, interviewing and hiring for multiple positions concurrently;
- A bachelor degree, completion of college or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration
- Skilled at researching, investigating and garnering information from internet site resources;
- Exceptional work ethic, with strong values and principles,
- Able to work well independently and with minimal supervision;
- Good team player;
- Absolute commitment to customer services;
- Strong communication skills, especial written (Vietnamese & English)
